These photos, taken on Sept 13, 2007 at Bruce Beach, show what some consider proof of inaction on the part of the provincial government when it comes to funding and solutions in dealing with the algae, sludge and bacteria problems along the area shorelines, leaving the costs to small municipalities, such as Huron-Kinloss to deal with.
