To Bruce Beachers,

When I first took on organizing Youth Baseball for Bruce Beach for the 12 years old and under I had two young children. Well, those two young children are now 23 and 19 years old and it is time I turn over the reins of Youth Baseball to a new coordinator. I will be assisting getting in getting Youth Baseball started this summer but this will be my last task with baseball. I would like to turn over Youth Baseball to a new coordinator(s) in the June time frame. This is the twenty second year morning baseball is available for all those Bruce Beach kids (12 & under) who enjoy baseball and want to make new friends or catch up with old friends. The baseball facilities at the North end have guaranteed a fun time for all.

The activity takes place from 9.30 am to 10.30 am Monday through Friday every week during July and August. The ball diamond is located next to the Cameron Grove tennis courts behind Cottage 125. To join in and play, come any day of the week before 9.30 am and bring a glove.

With the season about to start in less than six weeks we need volunteer coaches for the following dates:

· July 4 – 8

· July 11 – 15

· July 18 - 22

· July 25 – 29

· August 1 – 5

· August 8 – 13

· August 15 - 19

· August 22 – 26

· August 29 – Sept 2

There is a real need for weekly coaching volunteers as our facilities have attracted a greater turnout of children. If you want to volunteer for a week, please let us know the week you can coach. If you want to split a week with someone, please let me know the dates you can coach and your partner.
