The south end of Bruce Beach (south of the 6th Concession ending at 110 Gordon Street North) has been part of the Bruce Beach Association since 1935 when this area was made available for building. Today, the area is home to more than 30 year-round and seasonal cottages represented by the South Bruce Beach Cottage Association.
