Cottagers should check the voters list in Huron Kinloss to make sure your name is on the list. The local election is not until October 2018 but this summer would be a good time to check that your name is included on the voters list.

21/03/17 The Township of Huron-Kinloss Council has approved Internet & Telephone Voting for the 2018 Election
Township of Huron-Kinloss eligible electors will have the choice of voting by Internet or Telephone for the 2018 Municipal and School Board Election. This will be the third election for Huron-Kinloss using Internet and Telephone voting options. E-voting enables secure voting over an extended period, from any location. This is favorable in today's busy environment. Council has also approved Dominion Voting Systems as the supplier for voting services for the 2018 election. Dominion offers a reliable, secure and inclusive service which was also utilized by Huron-Kinloss for the 2014 election.
Election Day is October 22nd, 2018
