Water First internship is training the next generation of First Nation water operators

For many First Nations, securing a water treatment plant is only one hurdle and finding experienced operators is another. In Ontario, a 15-month drinking water internship was created for interns to accumulate 1,800 hours of on-the-job experience, as well as four different certifications.
