Apsey, Robert Henry (Bob)

Bob left us on Sunday, May 16, 1999 to join his loving parents Ethel and Tom (London, Ontario) and brother Bill, who predeceased him at the age of 20. 

 

Bob early retired as Vice Chairman of Reed Stenhouse and Assoc. Ltd. to accept an order in Council appointment to the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal of Ontario. He also served for 6 years as a Board Member of the Canadian Pension Plan (CPP). A long time member of Weston Golf and Country Club, and The Board of Trade of Metro Toronto. 

 

He will be greatly missed by his many loyal and caring friends at Bruce Beach. Lovingly remembered by his wife and best friend of 41 years Mary (Langtry), his son Bill, and his wife Cathie (Brans), his daughter Carole and her husband Jerry (Stallworthy), his grandsons Kyle and Taylor who in 5 years brought so much joy and happiness to Bob during his courageous battle with cancer. 

 

The family invites friends for a memorial service at 1:30 p.m., Wednesday, May 19, 1999 at,
