The Lighthouse Bluesfest planning is in full-swing, in preparation for its 15th year. The popular festival, sponsored by Bruce Telecom, will be held July 12, 13 and 14. More than music and fun, it also raises much-needed funds for local charitable groups. (By Liz Small)
