Winter carnival favourites on offer again during annual event in Ripley

Ripley’s annual winter carnival is returning to the Ripley-Huron Community Centre next month. The festivities kick off with a costume skate on Feb. 14 from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. with prizes awarded.
