The Golf Club has undertaken the much needed replacement of the storage shed at the top of the hill as Jim Pennington noted to all in the various meetings this past summer (BBCA, Golf Club and McCosh AGM meetings).  As per their plan, the Board of Directors of McCosh Grove worked with the Club last week to apply for and receive a building permit for this project.  Subsequent to receipt of the permit, a cement pad was constructed beside the old shed and the area has been leveled, sown with grass seed and will be allowed to sit and settle over the winter.  Attached are a couple of photos of the new pad.

In the spring, construction of the new shed will take place with subsequent demolition of the old shed to follow.  The Club will communicate to all in the spring more detailed information on the construction date depending on the weather conditions.

McCosh Grove wishes to congratulate the Golf Club for their work on this project thus far and we all look forward to the finished product by next summer.
