TROY — Robert J. Pugh, age 94, of Troy passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. He was born on February 5, 1922 in Mansfield to the late James V. and Georgia Pugh.
Robert is survived by his loving wife of 68 years, Marjorie L. Pugh; three children: Deborah (Ned) Sacks, Cyndy (Dennis) Burt and James (Kim) Pugh; he was Grandpa Bob to: Bradley J. Pugh, Katharine Redick, Julie Fellers, Gordon Burt, Morgan Burt and Davis Sacks; Great Grandpa Bob to: Emma, Addison and Mia; and one sister: Betty Berry;
Thomas Louis Tiernan, 1st LT, USAF, passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016 at the age of 85.
A proud veteran, amazing athlete, successful businessman in radio advertising, loving father, devoted grandfather and proud great-grandfather, Tom was a man that left behind a legacy of hard work, humor, and dedication to his family and his faith.
Erica Page Wilhelm, 61, of La Plata, MD passed away at her home on March 19, 2016.
Erica was born in Delaware to Robert "Bruce" MacGregor and the late Barbara Johnson. Erica is lovingly remembered by her husband, Dr. Eric Wilhelm; sons, Dakota and Dalton Wilhelm; brothers, Thaddeus, Benji and Todd MacGregor; sisters, Erin and Julie MacGregor and Tamie Allen (Gary).
Marjorie Ann Walker (Muff or Marjie) (nee Moffatt), age 84, of Clair Hills Retirement Home in Waterloo, died on March 2, 2016 at Grand River Hospital after a brief illness.
At Wingham & District Hospital on Sunday, February 28, 2016, Joyce Pollock of Wingham, age 85 years.

At this point the consultant has conducted a detailed review of the Urban Settlement Area boundaries and analysed population and growth projections. There are no proposed expansions or reductions to the Lakeshore Urban Settlement Area as a result of this review. The policy review is the next Phase.
