Jackie Redmond is one of the most prominent voices in hockey, a fixture of the NHL Network and NHL on TNT, in addition to being featured in WWE's Monday Night Raw. She now has her own NHL Network Show on the league's YouTube channel, after growing up in and getting her broadcasting start in London for 102.3 Bob FM (now Jack FM) and Rogers TV. Kincardine Silver Stick was held Dec. 27-30, with teams from across Ontario participating. The Walkerton Capitals defeated Saugeen Shores Storm 4-3 in the U13B championship; U13C winners were the Arran Elderslie Ice Dogs, defeating the Drayton Defenders 2-1 in overtime; the Kincardine Kinucks, pictured above, were winners in the U15B division, defeating the Listowel Cyclones 3-1 and the Huron-Bruce Blizzard defeated the Wingham Ironmen 6-5 in overtime to take the U15C division. This year, the tournament gave back to the community, with a $1,000 donation to the Kincardine Food Bank.
