Attached is information pertaining to your eligibility to participate in this election.

A person is entitled to vote if on Voting Day if the person;

• Is a Canadian Citizen
• Is at least 18 years old 
• Resides in the Township of Huron-Kinloss, or is the owner or tenant of land in Huron-Kinloss, or the spouse of such an individual.
• Is not prohibited from voting under the Municipal Elections Act or  other law. 

There is no vote for council.  All present council members have been acclaimed.
